Benoîte Vaux is een bekend bedevaartsoord in Lotharingen. Een voormalige priorij uit de 12e eeuw, de kerk uit de 18e eeuw is rijkelijk versierd en heeft prachtige stalletjes. Bij de fontein is een kruisweg te zien waarvan de 14 staties zijn uitgehouwen in een blok steen.
Het Onthaalcentrum van Benoîte-Vaux beschikt over drie accommodaties met verschillende faciliteiten en een restaurant.
