Benoîte Vaux is a high place of pilgrimage known for a very long time in Lorraine. Former priory built in the 12th century, the church built in the 18th century is richly decorated and has beautiful stalls. Near the fountain, a Way of the Cross whose 14 stations are carved out of a block of stone.
The Welcome Centre of Benoîte-Vaux has three accommodation structures with different facilities and a dining room.
