Trotz einer turbulenten Geschichte, die von Kriegen und Qualen im Laufe der Jahrhunderte geprägt war, sind viele Überreste der ersten Menschen bis heute erhalten geblieben. Der Dolmen de la Pierre Laye in Vauxrezis ist einer der ersten von ihnen. Dieser neolithische Dolmen wurde 1841 entdeckt. Der breite Steintisch ist drei Meter lang und zwei Meter breit und wurde 1944 zum historischen Monument erklärt. Er wird von sieben Steinen gestützt.
