Der Bischofspalast von Sées, der im 18. Jahrhundert für den Bischof von Argentré erbaut wurde, ist ein Meisterwerk der neoklassizistischen Architektur und wird im Norden und Süden von zwei großen Gärten eingerahmt.
Der 2010 neu gestaltete Südgarten bewahrt den Geist des ursprünglichen Gartens. Er ist in vier Bereiche auf beiden Seiten einer zentralen Allee gegliedert, die die Achse der großen Perspektive des Palastes bildet. Auf der Terrasse am Ehrenhof wurde ein Quincunx aus Lindenbäumen gepflanzt. Die Quadrate des Obst- und Gemüsegartens wurden wiederhergestellt. Sie sind von Obstbäumen gesäumt.
In den Gärten finden jedes Jahr das Pflanzenfest (letztes Wochenende im Mai) und das Baumfest (letztes Wochenende im Oktober) statt: Verkauf, Beratung, Animationen...
