Das Fachwerkhaus beherbergte im Erdgeschoss einen alten Verkaufsstand. An der Fassade befindet sich eine lateinische Inschrift aus dem Jahr 1362, die von der Gründung eines früheren Gebäudes berichtet, das bei einer Umgestaltung des heutigen Komplexes wiederverwendet wurde. Sie lautet: "Anno domini MCCCLXII haec domus fundata est feria VI ante invocabit" (Im Jahr des Herrn 1362 wurde dieses Haus am Freitag vor "Invocabit", d. h. am Sonntag der Passionszeit, gegründet). Das überhängende Obergeschoss ist ein Anbau aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit Fachwerk und geschnitzten Eckpfosten.
