La casa a graticcio era in passato un negozio al piano terra. Un'iscrizione latina sulla facciata, datata 1362, riferisce della fondazione di un edificio precedente, riutilizzato durante la ristrutturazione del complesso attuale. Vi si legge: "Anno domini MCCCLXII haec domus fundata est feria VI ante invocabit" (nell'anno del Signore 1362 questa casa fu fondata il venerdì precedente l'"Invocabit", cioè la domenica di Passione). Il piano superiore sporgente è un'aggiunta del XVII secolo, con legatura a mezzo busto e pali d'angolo intagliati.
