Das Haus liegt in Zentralfrankreich auf einer Landzunge, die einen einzigartigen Blick auf die Landschaft der Limousine bietet, mit dem Glockenturm von Magnac-Laval in 3,5 km Entfernung. Die nächsten Ortschaften sind 3,5 km entfernt. Das Haus genießt eine große Ruhe, die manchmal von einigen Tieren gestört wird, darunter die Kühe unseres Nachbarn, eines Landwirts. Mehrere Wanderwege sind vom Haus aus zugänglich, darunter auch der Weg, der seinen Namen trägt.
Dieses alte Haus wurde um 1650 erbaut, und Sie werden sich dort gerne aufhalten, genau wie die Eigentümer. Es ist mit Stilmöbeln eingerichtet und gleichzeitig komfortabel (die Bettwäsche und die Haushaltsgeräte werden regelmäßig erneuert). Sie werden den Charme, die Einfachheit, die Ruhe und den Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge zu Fuß zu schätzen wissen.
