Das Hotel und das Restaurant d'Application nehmen ihren Betrieb von Montag bis Freitag mittags sowie dienstags, mittwochs, donnerstags und freitags abends wieder auf. Die Menüs für die Abendessen, die in diesem ersten Heft nicht ausführlich beschrieben sind, werden von den Schülern, die für die Abende zuständig sind, zu den angegebenen Themen entwickelt. Wir werden sie auf der Website eintragen, sobald sie uns vorliegen.
Sie werden auch die Kreativität der Schülerinnen und Schüler der Zusatzqualifikation Cuisinier en Desserts de Restaurant für die Desserts der Abendessen sowie derjenigen der Zusatzqualifikation Arts de la Cuisine Allégée entdecken können.
