Da wir an einem besseren Lebensgleichgewicht interessiert waren, haben mein Vater und ich 2012 unseren Gemüsegarten in Oloron Sainte-Marie angelegt, um lokales Gemüse mit frischem und authentischem Geschmack anzubieten. Seit 2014 produzieren wir in biologischem Anbau. Wir arbeiten mit den Methoden unserer Altvorderen (Mondkalender, Brennnesseljauche, Kompost, Mist von unserem Vieh, Mulchen des Bodens, Fruchtfolge, oft Handarbeit) und mechanischen (nicht chemischen) Methoden, um unseren Boden zu respektieren. Wir kultivieren das Leben unseres Bodens, um langfristig gesundes Gemüse zu produzieren.
Salat, Tomaten, Chili, Auberginen, Karotten, Lauch, Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Feigen, Suppen, Sirups,.... mehr als 50 Sorten Bio-Obst und -Gemüse, die je nach Jahreszeit angebaut werden, zu bestellen und vor Ort abzuholen.
