Raphaël Lehr hat sich 2018 als Bio-Imker niedergelassen. Seine 400 Bienenstöcke stehen mitten in den Wäldern des Regionalen Naturparks Nordvogesen, wo er einen zertifizierten Bio-Honig produziert, indem er seinen CO2-Fußabdruck bei der Produktion begrenzt. Er verwendet ausschließlich lokal hergestellte Bienenstöcke aus Holz. Die Verpflichtungen von Raphaël Lehr werden von einer unabhängigen Zertifizierungsstelle kontrolliert.
