Raphaël Lehr s'est installé en apiculture biologique en 2018. Ses 400 ruches sont installées au coeur des forêts du Parc Naturel Régional des Vosges du Nord où il y produit un miel certifié bio en limitant son empreinte carbone lors de sa production. Il n'utilise que des ruches en bois fabriquées localement. Les engagements de Raphaël Lehr sont contrôlés par un organisme certificateur indépendant.
