Raphaël Lehr se inició en la apicultura ecológica en 2018. Sus 400 colmenas están situadas en el corazón de los bosques del Parque Natural Regional de los Vosgos del Norte, donde produce miel ecológica certificada limitando la huella de carbono durante la producción. Sólo utiliza colmenas de madera de fabricación local. Los compromisos de Raphaël Lehr son comprobados por un organismo certificador independiente.
