Dieses Bistro, Weinlokal und Restaurant mit einer Terrasse gegenüber dem Maison des Consuls hat sich in Saint-Céré schnell einen festen Platz erobert. Man muss sagen, dass es dem Küchenchef Stéphane D'Hoest weder an Talent noch an Fantasie mangelt. Er kommt aus dem Norden und bietet eine einfallsreiche Küche mit flämischem Einfluss, wobei er von seiner Frau unterstützt wird. Auf seiner ständig wechselnden Schiefertafel bietet er ausgefeilte Gerichte mit frischem Fisch an. Die Inneneinrichtung, in der Holz dominiert, und die vielen Fässer erinnern daran, dass wir uns auch in einer Weinbar befinden.
