Tout à la fois bistrot, bar à vin et restaurant, cet établissement à la terrasse située face à la Maison des Consuls s'est rapidement fait une place de choix à Saint-Céré. Il faut dire que le chef Stéphane D'Hoest ne manque ni de talent ni d'imagination. Venu du Nord, il décline une cuisine inventive et d'influence flamande, aidé par sa femme. Sur son ardoise en perpétuelle évolution, il propose des plats élaborés à base de poisson frais. La décoration intérieure, où le bois domine, et la présence de tonneaux rappellent que nous sommes aussi dans un bar à vin.
