19. Jahrhundert - Holz und Kalkstein.
Das Weinberghaus ist nicht ausschließlich für den Schutz und die Erholung der Winzer bestimmt. Das von Le Vigier in Caumont diente mehrere Jahre lang als Unterkunft für einen Diener. Andere waren dazu bestimmt, die Schubkarre mit den Reben, den Dumper, den Tortepflug oder die Decavaillonneuse zu verstauen, wenn die Cavaillons nicht mit dem Spaten gezogen wurden. Diese sehr baufällige Hütte wurde vollständig aus mit Lehm gefülltem Fachwerk errichtet. Sie ist einzigartig im Kanton und zeugt von einer Bautechnik, die im Departement nur selten für eine Weinberghütte verwendet wurde.
