Das Ferienhaus liegt 20 Minuten von Limoges entfernt und grenzt an das Wohnhaus der Eigentümer und ein weiteres Wohnhaus. Es öffnet sich auf der Rückseite zu einer Terrasse und einem völlig privaten, teilweise umzäunten Grundstück ohne Gegenüber. Ein beheizter 4x2 m großer Pool ist von Anfang Mai bis Ende September geöffnet, je nach Wetterbedingungen. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz. Ein schöner Teich von etwas mehr als einem Hektar ist über einen Feldweg (ca. 500 m) erreichbar, der durch den landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb der Familie führt.
