Op slechts 20 minuten van Limoges grenst de gîte aan het huis van de eigenaren en een ander huis. Het geeft uit op een terras aan de achterkant en een volledig privé, gedeeltelijk omheind terrein dat niet over het hoofd wordt gezien. Een verwarmd bovengronds zwembad van 4 x 2 m is geopend van begin mei tot eind september, afhankelijk van het weer. Privé parkeerplaats. Een prachtige vijver van iets meer dan een hectare is bereikbaar via een onverharde weg (ca. 500 m) die door de boerderij van de familie loopt.
