A 20 minutos de Limoges, la casa rural linda con la casa de los propietarios y con otra casa. Se abre a una terraza trasera y a un terreno totalmente privado, parcialmente cerrado y sin vecinos. Piscina climatizada de 4 x 2 m sobre el suelo, abierta de principios de mayo a finales de septiembre si el tiempo lo permite. Aparcamiento privado. Un hermoso estanque de poco más de una hectárea es accesible por un camino de tierra (aprox. 500 m) que pasa por la granja de la familia.
