A 20 mn de Limoges, le gîte est mitoyen avec l'habitation des propriétaires et une autre habitation. Il ouvre sur l'arrière sur une terrasse et un terrain totalement privé partiellement clos sans vis à vis. Une piscine hors sol 4X2 m chauffée est ouverte de début mai à fin septembre selon conditions météo. Parking privé. Un bel étang d'un peu plus d'un hectare est accessible par un chemin de terre (environ 500 m) qui passe par l'exploitation agricole de la famille.
