Das Lokal wurde im Juli 2021 von Marty, Esteban und Bastien mit der Idee eröffnet, es zu einem Ort des Lebens und der Geselligkeit zu machen, wobei lokale Produkte im Mittelpunkt des Projekts stehen sollen. Die Hauptprodukte sind vor allem Fleisch (Rind, Kalb, Lamm, Schwein usw.), das über dem Holzfeuer zubereitet wird. Das Fleisch wird auf einem Kamado-Grill gegrillt.
Es werden regelmäßig Konzerte und Themenabende veranstaltet.
