Dieses Kreuz stammt wahrscheinlich aus dem späten 15. oder frühen 16. Jahrhundert und soll aus dem Dorf L'Hospital stammen, wo sich eine von Carlat abhängige Komturei befand. Es hat eine starke Ähnlichkeit mit den emaillierten Kreuzen von Altären oder Prozessionen: blumengeschmückte und treflige Enden, die Heilige Jungfrau Maria, fast in einer flehenden Haltung, zur Rechten Christi und der Heilige Johannes der Evangelist zu seiner Linken. Der Heilige Johannes hält in seiner Hand ein Kreuz statt des klassischen Attributs: ein Buch. Aus diesem Grund ist es schwierig, dieses Kreuz zu datieren, selbst wenn man annimmt, dass der Bildhauer sich von emaillierten Kreuzen inspirieren ließ. Es wäre vermessen, zu behaupten, dass es zeitgleich mit den Emaillekreuzen aus dem 14.
