Franck Chassain hat sich 2012 niedergelassen. Er kümmert sich um die Ziegen, das Melken und die Vermarktung des Käses. Seine Frau Séverine kümmert sich um die Käseherstellung.

Präsenz auf dem Markt in Bar-sur-Seine am Freitagmorgen, in Lusigny-sur-Barse am Samstagmorgen und auf dem Markt Jules Guesde in Troyes am dritten Mittwoch des Monats.
In den Lokavors von Jeugny, Clerey, Dampierre und Germigny.
