Der Bala-Graben ist ein geologischer Graben, der in Wales in SW-NE-Richtung verläuft und sich offshore in die Cardigan-Bucht erstreckt. Im Offshore-Bereich ist es ein großer normaler Graben und bildet die Begrenzungsstruktur des Cardigan-Bucht-Beckens, mit einer Füllung, die etwa 2.500 Meter der Lias-Gruppe umfasst. An Land ist er verantwortlich für das Lineament, das durch Bala und südlich von Cadair Idris bis zur Küste bei Tywyn verläuft. An seinem nordöstlichen Ende verbindet er sich mit dem ähnlich orientierten Llanelidan-Graben.
