St. Conal's Hospital war ein psychiatrisches Krankenhaus in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Irland. Eröffnet im Jahr 1866, arbeiteten dort bis 1995 Menschen auf der Farm. Das Gebäude ist noch erhalten.
Das Krankenhaus, das von George Wilkinson im neogeorgianischen Stil mit einem Flur-Layout entworfen wurde, wurde von Matthew McClelland für 37.900 £ gebaut und im Februar 1866 als Donegal District Lunatic Asylum eröffnet. Zu dieser Zeit beherbergte es 300 Patienten. Es wurde als „eines der schönsten Gebäude des Landes“ beschrieben.
