St Conal's Hospital var et psykiatrisk hospital beliggende i Letterkenny, County Donegal, Irland. Åbnet i 1866, havde det folk til at arbejde på sin gård så sent som i 1995. Bygningen er stadig eksisterende.
Hospitalet, som blev tegnet af George Wilkinson i den neo-georgianske stil med en korridoropbygning, blev bygget af Matthew McClelland til en pris af £37,900 og åbnede som Donegal District Lunatic Asylum i februar 1866. På det tidspunkt rummede det 300 patienter. Det er blevet beskrevet som "en af de fineste bygninger i landet".
