Delfstrahuizen ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde De Friese Meren in der niederländischen Provinz Friesland. Es liegt nordöstlich von Lemmer und an der südöstlichen/östlichen Seite des Tjeukemeer.
Das Dorf bildet zusammen mit Echtenerbrug ein Zwillingsdorf. Ein ursprünglich Teil von Echtenerbrug, der ursprünglich im Dorfsgebiet von Delfstrahuizen lag, wurde 1984 durch eine Grenzkorrektur vollständig Teil von Delfstrahuizen. Das Zentrum von Delfstrahuizen verschob sich ebenfalls nach Echtenerbrug. Man spricht daher auch von einem Wohnkern.
