Der Willemstunnel ist ein Tunnel für den motorisierten Straßenverkehr im Zentrum der niederländischen Stadt Arnhem und wurde im Jahr 2000 gebaut. Der Tunnel wurde gebaut, nachdem Pläne des Projekts Arnhem Centraal ausgearbeitet wurden. Dies sah unter anderem vor, dass der Verkehr im Ring um das Zentrum von Arnhem einspuriger Verkehr wurde. Der Tunnel führt somit nur in eine Richtung. In der Mitte gibt es eine unterirdische Abzweigung mit Zugang zur Tiefgarage des Bahnhofs Arnhem Centraal. Die Gesamtlänge des Tunnels beträgt etwa 400 Meter, davon sind 100 Meter überdacht. Der Tunnel beginnt am Willemsplein, führt unter dem Nieuwe Plein hindurch und endet am Roermondsplein. Der Tunnel steht regelmäßig in den regionalen Nachrichten wegen Unfällen.
