Il tunnel Willem è un tunnel per il traffico stradale motorizzato nel centro della città olandese di Arnhem ed è stato costruito nel 2000. Il tunnel è stato realizzato dopo che erano stati elaborati i piani per il progetto Arnhem Centraal. Questo prevedeva, tra l'altro, che il traffico nella circonvallazione intorno al centro di Arnhem fosse a senso unico. Il tunnel è quindi a senso unico. Nel mezzo c'è una suddivisione sotterranea con accesso al parcheggio della stazione Arnhem Centraal. La lunghezza totale del tunnel è di circa 400 metri, di cui 100 metri coperti. Il tunnel inizia in Willemsplein, passa sotto Nieuwe Plein e termina in Roermondsplein. Il tunnel appare regolarmente nelle notizie regionali a causa di incidenti.
