Willemstunnelen er en tunnel for motorkøretøjer i centrum af den hollandske by Arnhem og blev bygget i år 2000. Tunellen blev bygget efter, at der blev udarbejdet planer fra planen Arnhem Centraal. Dette indebar blandt andet, at trafikken i ringen omkring centrum af Arnhem blev ensrettet. Tunellen er derfor kun i én retning. I midten er der en underjordisk opdeling med adgang til parkeringsanlægget ved stationen Arnhem Centraal. Den samlede tunnellængde er cirka 400 meter, hvoraf 100 meter er overdækket. Tunellen begynder ved Willemsplein, går under Nieuwe Plein og ender ved Roermondsplein. Tunellen optræder regelmæssigt i de regionale nyheder på grund af uheld.
