Le tunnel Willem est un tunnel pour la circulation routière motorisée dans le centre de la ville néerlandaise d'Arnhem, construit en 2000. Le tunnel a été construit après que des plans ont été élaborés dans le cadre du projet Arnhem Centraal. Cela prévoyait notamment que la circulation dans l'anneau autour du centre d'Arnhem devienne à sens unique. Le tunnel ne va donc que dans une seule direction. Au milieu se trouve une bifurcation souterraine avec accès au parking de la gare Arnhem Centraal. La longueur totale du tunnel est d'environ 400 mètres, dont 100 mètres couverts. Le tunnel commence au Willemsplein, passe sous le Nieuwe Plein et débouche sur le Roermondsplein. Le tunnel fait régulièrement l'objet d'actualités régionales en raison d'accidents.
