Der Parkhaven ist ein vorösterreichischer Hafen zwischen dem Lloydviertel und dem Park in Rotterdam. Der Parkhaven wurde zwischen 1890 und 1893 gegraben und zwischen 1903 und 1908 für den Umschlag von Stückgut eingerichtet.
Auf der Ostseite des Parkhaven standen Lagerhäuser von Van Ommeren und es fand der Umschlag von Stückgut statt. Auf der Westseite des Parkhaven war von 1908 bis 1970 die Handels- und Schifffahrtsgesellschaft Wm.H. Müller & Co's Stuwadoors Mij. N.V. ansässig, wodurch die Pier zunächst im Volksmund den Namen Müllerpier erhielt, der 1990 offiziell verliehen wurde.
