La Parkhaven es un puerto de antes de la guerra entre el Lloydkwartier y el Parque en Róterdam. La Parkhaven fue excavada entre 1890 y 1893, y entre 1903 y 1908 se acondicionó para la transbordo de carga fraccionada.
En el lado este de la Parkhaven se encontraban almacenes de Van Ommeren y se realizaba la carga y descarga de mercancías. En el lado oeste de la Parkhaven, de 1908 a 1970, se estableció la empresa comercial y de navegación Wm.H. Müller & Co's Stuwadoors Mij. N.V., por lo que el muelle recibió primero el nombre de Müllerpier en el habla popular, y ese nombre fue otorgado oficialmente en 1990.
