Il Parkhaven è un porto prebellico situato tra il quartiere Lloyd e il Parco di Rotterdam. Il Parkhaven è stato scavato tra il 1890 e il 1893 e sistemato tra il 1903 e il 1908 per il trasferimento di merci.
Sul lato est del Parkhaven si trovavano i magazzini di Van Ommeren e si svolgeva il trasferimento di merci. Sul lato ovest del Parkhaven, dal 1908 al 1970, era situata la compagnia di commercio e navigazione Wm.H. Müller & Co's Stuwadoors Mij. N.V., per cui il molo ricevette prima informalmente il nome di Müllerpier, nome che fu ufficialmente conferito nel 1990.
