Der Bahnhof Geleen Oost ist einer der drei Eisenbahnhöfe von Sittard-Geleen, gelegen im Stadtteil Geleen. Das erste Stationsgebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1893 und war vom Standardtyp ZSM. 1964 wurde dieses Gebäude durch den Standardtyp Douma ersetzt. Neben einem Ticketverkaufsbereich hatte dieses Gebäude auch einen Wartebereich. Charakteristisch für dieses Gebäude war die Backsteinmauer mit einem Kunstwerk darin. 2006 wurde dieses Gebäude abgerissen; aufgrund der Einführung von Fahrkartenautomaten wurde das Stationsgebäude immer weniger genutzt.
