Der Zwaluwenberg ist neben einem Anwesen auch ein Berg, auf dem das Landhaus erbaut wurde. Die Höhe dieses Berges beträgt 16 m. Da das Gelände eine militärische Nutzung hat, kann es nicht besucht werden und wir können nicht über den Gipfel wandern. Der Berg ist jedoch in die HUG-Wanderung (Route 4) über alle Höhepunkte des Utrechtse Hügellands aufgenommen, aber wir werden gezwungenermaßen vorbeigehen. Im Winter kann man durch die Bäume etwas von dem Landhaus sehen.
