Le Zwaluwenberg est, en plus d'un domaine, une montagne sur laquelle la maison de campagne a été construite. La hauteur de cette montagne est de 16 m. Étant donné que le terrain a une destination militaire, il ne peut pas être visité et nous ne pouvons pas marcher sur le sommet. La montagne est néanmoins incluse dans la HUGwandeling (route 4) qui couvre tous les Points Forts de la chaîne de collines d'Utrecht, mais nous devrons passer à côté. En hiver, vous pouvez voir en partie la maison de campagne à travers les arbres.
