Il Zwaluwenberg è oltre a una tenuta anche una montagna, sulla quale è stata costruita la villa. L'altezza di questa montagna è di 16 m. Poiché il terreno ha una destinazione militare, non può essere visitato e non possiamo camminare sopra la cima. La montagna è comunque inclusa nella HUGwandeling (itinerario 4) su tutti i punti salienti della collina Utrechtse heuvelrug, ma saremo costretti a passarci accanto. In inverno puoi vedere un po' della villa attraverso gli alberi.
