Borkel und Schaft ist eine ehemalige Gemeinde in der Kempen in der niederländischen Provinz Nord-Brabant, die Teil von Valkenswaard ist. Es wird auch als Borkel & Schaft geschrieben. Das Dorf Borkel hatte im Jahr 2007 575 Einwohner, und das Dorf Schaft hatte damals 166. Die Gemeinde Borkel und Schaft, die 1810 nach der Abspaltung von der Gemeinde Bergeyk entstanden war, setzte sich aus verschiedenen Kernen zusammen: den Dörfern Borkel und Schaft, den Weilern Achterste Brug und Voorste Brug sowie den Wohngebieten De Kapel, De Straot, De Hoek, Heuvel, Klein Borkel, 't Poterseind und Klein Schaft. In diesen kleinen Kernen lebten im Jahr 2007 insgesamt noch 368 Menschen.
