Das Industriegebiet Waarderpolder, auch bekannt als Industriegebiet Waarder- und Veerpolder und Haarlem Business Park, ist ein Areal für Unternehmen nordöstlich des Zentrums der Stadt Haarlem im Stadtteil Waarder- und Veerpolder. Das Viertel entstand im 20. Jahrhundert durch die Bebauung großer Teile der Waarderpolder und der Veerpolder. Mit einer Fläche von etwa 2 km² ist es das größte Industriegebiet von Haarlem. Das auffälligste Bauwerk ist der 150 Meter hohe KPN-Turm aus dem Jahr 1968.
