El Polígono Industrial Waarderpolder, también conocido como Polígono Industrial Waarder- y Veerpolder y Parque Empresarial de Haarlem, es un área para empresas al noreste del centro de la ciudad de Haarlem en el barrio de Waarder- y Veerpolder. El barrio se formó en el siglo XX con la construcción de grandes partes de la Waarderpolder y la Veerpolder. Con una superficie de aproximadamente 2 km², es el polígono industrial más grande de Haarlem. La construcción más destacada es la torre de KPN de 150 metros de altura construida en 1968.
