L'area industriale Waarderpolder, nota anche come area industriale Waarder- e Veerpolder e Haarlem Business Park, è una zona per aziende a nord-est del centro della città di Haarlem nel quartiere Waarder- e Veerpolder. Il quartiere è stato formato nel XX secolo attraverso la costruzione di grandi parti della Waarderpolder e della Veerpolder. Con una superficie di circa 2 km² è la zona industriale più grande di Haarlem. L'edificio più distintivo è la torre KPN alta 150 metri del 1968.
