Meierijstad ist eine niederländische Gemeinde, die am 1. Januar 2017 durch die Fusion von drei Gemeinden in Oost-Brabant in der Region Meierij gegründet wurde: die Einheit Veghel (einschließlich Erp) (38.304 Einwohner) und Schijndel (23.624 Einwohner), plus die hinzugefügte Gemeinde Sint-Oedenrode (17.907 Einwohner). Die für diese Zusammenlegung erforderlichen Neuwahlen wurden am 23. November 2016 abgehalten.
Mit 81.648 Bewohnern ist Meierijstad nach Einwohnerzahl die sieben größte Gemeinde in Noord-Brabant. In Bezug auf die Fläche ist sie die zweitgrößte Gemeinde der Provinz. Das Rathaus mit dem Kollegium von B und W sowie der Verwaltung befindet sich am Stadhuisplein in Veghel. Die Ratssitzungen der Gemeinde finden im Schloss Dommelrode statt, dem ehemaligen Rathaus von Sint-Oedenrode.
