Die Mokkebank ist ein Naturschutzgebiet von 66 Hektar im IJsselmeer bei Gaasterland. Diese mit Schilf, Brachflächen und Gehölzen bewachsene Sandbank ist durch einen bewachsenen Graben von Gaasterland getrennt. Um die Mokkebank herum liegt ein Wasservogelreservat von 1.456 Hektar.
Die Bank entstand, ebenso wie die Küstenlinien an der Westküste, durch die Abtrennung des Zuiderzee. Dadurch kam östlich von Laaksum eine Sandbank ans Licht. Die Bank zog viele Möwen an. Als der Graben zwischen dem Festland verlandete, wurden die Inseln und Sandbänke mit dem Festland verbunden.
