Die Kapelle des Schutzengels , auch Denkmal von San Michele genannt, geht wahrscheinlich auf einen primitiven spätromanischen Tempel zurück, der Ende des 13. Jahrhunderts als Andachtsort in der Nähe dieses wichtigen Flussübergangs erbaut wurde .
Nachdem es während der Überschwemmung eines Flusses teilweise durch Wasser zerstört worden war, wurde es im 18. Jahrhundert wieder aufgebaut, indem verstärkte Säulen und die Statue von San Miguel hinzugefügt wurden.
Es handelt sich um eine Kapelle mit viereckigem Grundriss aus Granitstein . Es handelt sich um eine einteilige Struktur, die auf Säulen ruht und von einem Kreuzgewölbe mit Spitzbögen bedeckt ist. Im Süden ist es geschlossen und dient als Grundmauer, in der auf zwei Regalen im Inneren und in der Mitte ein Altar mit einer polychromen Statue von San Michele befestigt ist.
