The European Chapel at the European Bridge of the Brenner Autobahn is a church building that is intended to commemorate the great historical significance of the Brenner for traffic over the Alps and Austria's commitment to the highway and bridge. The chapel is dedicated to the two saints, John of Nepomuk, the patron of bridges, and Christopher, the patron saint of drivers. The chapel is protected as a historical monument.
