The Musée Félicien Rops is a provincial museum dedicated to the artistic work of Félicien Rops. It is located in his hometown Namur at 12 Rue Fumal.
Before World War II, Governor François Bovesse and Jean Grafé, the secretary-general of the association Les Amis de l'Art Wallon, proposed the idea of establishing a museum dedicated to the graphic work of the Walloon artist Félicien Rops. In 1960, Maurice Kunel founded the association Les Amis de Félicien Rops to carry out this project. On November 28, 1960, the province of Namur decided to establish the first museum located in the 18th-century building hôtel de Gaifier d'Hestroy at rue de Fer.
