The Sint-Janshoevete Gingelom (or Robeynshoeve) was built in 1666 by the Robeyns-Pouillet family. The farm was renovated during the past two centuries, but both original family coats of arms are still located above the entrance gate. The Sint-Peterskerk was built at the end of the 19th century. Barely ten years later, the 45-meter-high tower blew over. It was later rebuilt in its current form.
