St. Lambert's Church

St. Lambert's Church is a church building in 's-Gravenvoeren in the municipality of Voeren, Limburg, Belgium.
The building is a pseudo-basilica and consists of a prominent west tower, a three-aisled nave with five bays and a choir with two straight bays and three-sided closing. The choir and nave are built in the classical style and the tower is built in Rheno-Mosan style. The square tower is built with marlstone and has three sections that are separated from each other by water strips. In the upper section, round-arched recesses have been installed with two narrow round-arched reverberation holes on each side of the tower. The tower is surmounted by a constricted needle spire covered with slates. The nave and choir are built in brick with a limestone plinth. Furthermore, the corner bands and the frames of the windows are made of limestone. In the west bay on the north side is a round-arched porch with a rectangular frame of checkered limestone and delineated with a profiled drip moulding. The keystone here bears the date 1786 and above the portal a wrought iron cross of the "Goesens" type has been placed. The nave and choir are covered by gable roofs of slates.
