Butcher shop Vangenechten, known from the TV One series "Of Flesh and Blood" can be found in the white house in the Pastorijstraat. This top series broke a record week after week in Flanders. The mini-television series Van vlees en bloed is about butchery/charcuterie Vangenechten, a family business since 1952 where moemoe Maria Vangenechten is still very much present and is also the formal owner, but son André Vangenechten is basically in control.
