The Red Castle is a castle on the Kasteelstraat in Guigoven in Belgian Limburg, in the valley of the Mombeek. It was the seat of the lords of Guigoven. The castle, which was already mentioned in the 13th century, was originally a moated castle. The moat around the castle, which was fed by the Mombeek and a neighboring bronnetje, was filled in in the 19th century, except for the current pond. The castle was heavily damaged during the wars in the second half of the 16th century. From the 17th century to the 19th century, the castle was increasingly converted into a castle farm without a military function.
